We will always conform the expected set up time prior to your event so you know exactly when it will be complete. We only take on a limited amount of bookings to ensure the balloon stylist can personally create and customise each event, for this reason we have limited availability for each day. In order to avoid disappointment we suggest booking ideally 2 – 3 months ahead of your event, some customers book 5 – 6 months prior. At the very minimum we require 2 weeks notice, assuming we are not fully booked. Please note that foil balloons and confetti balloons are not included in the above prices.

Clients are welcome to attach their own flowers, balloons or decorations to it, taking into account not overloading it with too much weight.
