In spring we noticed severe cracking and peeling on the surface area, and when we looked at our receipt, we noticed that there was a written 50 year warranty. When I spoke with the owner about this, he told me he would send somebody out but generally this is a manufacture warranty, but that is not stated anywhere in my receipt, nor my estimate for work done.
