This sounds like a great topic for a podcast given that Meghan has been fighting for more women’s rights since childhood. Sadly I really struggle to focus on podcasts so I think I won’t be able to keep up with this one, but the stories that you highlighted in this post are very interesting and make me keen to hear more. The Duchess will ”sit down with some of the smartest, funniest, strongest, most passionate women and people I know,” and also plans to interview people she’s never met before. “I mean they’re on the West Coast but … I mean, it’s a big deal! Serena then shut down the conversation by responding, “Never seen it, never heard of her, don’t know her.” The tennis player went on to whistle until the supermodel changed the subject.
I kind of think the Beckhams leaked the story about the Sussexes being invited to Brooklyn’s wedding, but that whole wedding drama was chaos from start to finish, so who even knows . That’s a pretty harmless leak, if that was even what happened. Anyway, this just serves as a reminder that the British media is desperate for sources close to the Sussexes and the Beckhams too.

The Crown Estate refurbished the cottage at a cost of £2.4 million, paid out of the Sovereign Grant, with the Duke later reimbursing expenses beyond restoration and ordinary maintenance, a part of which was offset against rental payments that were due at the time. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's office moved to Buckingham Palace and officially closed on March 31, 2020, when the Sussexes withdrew from undertaking official royal engagements. There was a time when the Legacy couple stood with the Sussexes despite their outrageous rebellion against the royal family. Not only did they maintain it but also expressed their reasons for the same. However, the staunch supporter in them no longer exists, said Mail on Sunday.
However, whatever friendship the Beckhams and Sussexes did have seems to have dwindled. Meghan and Harry were not guests at the wedding of the Beckhams’ son Brooklyn to US heiress Nicola Peltz in April last year. Neither of the Sussexes were present at one of the biggest celebrity events of the year last weekend, when Lionel Messi made his debut for David’s Inter Miami soccer team. Kim Kardashian, tennis legend Serena Williams and a host of other big names partied in the VIP boxes.
They would have a lot of stories if they actually said what was going on at Adelaide Cottage. The tabloids were eating good when H&M were in the uk & palace sources were leaking like crazy. They won’t accept being cut off from the royals they call irrelevant & are doing everything to find out info on their circle & who they are associating with. So I think a lot of these ridiculous stories around snubs etc is to fish for further info. They can’t even get along with their daughter-in-law over a dress.
