I will provide the winders & fly screen material. I just need someone who knows how to take off the awnings, fix the fly screen material and replace the winders. Would prefer someone familiar with Wynstan. Happy to discuss on phone or video before you come here to Rose Bay. Our son's apartment is on 11th Floor, the bedroom has no fly screen. Have had Wynstan etc come round and say it can't be done.

If they’re re-meshing your flyscreen, your installer will start by using a brush to dust any dirt and cobwebs off the mesh and frame, before removing the entire frame to a flat surface. Next, they’ll poke a screwdriver into the frame’s corners to ease out the spline (a long rubber cord that locks the screen in place) and remove the old mesh. Then they’ll unroll the new flyscreen and lay it over the top of the frame, leaving a 10cm overhang. They’ll use a roller to push the spline back in place, locking in the fresh flyscreen mesh. Finally, they’ll trim away excess mesh at the edges before re-installing the window frame. Installing window flyscreens involves different techniques, depending on the window type.
